5. The judicial system of the European Union and the competences of the Court of Justice of the EU.

6. The establishment and evolution of the common/internal market and the treaty provisions for its functioning.

7. Free movement of goods (customs union, prohibition of non-tariff restrictions, common commercial Policy).
