(tylko po angielsku) Original research publications and review papers related to the seminar topic, published in international journals and book chapters in the field of plant genetics, genomics, biotechnology and molecular biology. Information found in databases and web-pages devoted to plant genomics may be also required. |
| Zakres tematów: |
(tylko po angielsku) 1) Selected topics on current achievements of plant molecular genetics and biotechnology and their application in crop improvement. 2) Presentation of the progress in the realization of individual M.Sc. projects. |
| Metody dydaktyczne: |
(tylko po angielsku) PowerPoint presentation on the seminar topic and a co-report based on one original research publication related to this topic, presented by another student. Discussion on the seminar and co-report content and delivery. Practising the formulation of research hypotheses and tasks, selection of literature, presentation of research results and formulation of conclusions. |
| Metody i kryteria oceniania: |
(tylko po angielsku) The assessment includes both, the content and the form of PowerPoint presentations (main seminar, co-report and presentation related to M.Sc. project). Besides, the discussion (asking and facing questions – both as a speaker and an audience) is also assessed. |
